Our Solution
We carry out inspections in maritime and offshore contexts, in open sea and near harbours. Differently from classic methods, drones allow you to detect abnormal situations on board ships and/or pollution using thermal and visual sensors. In particular, matrix series drones can guarantee a flight range of about 40 minutes and a range of the remote control of 15 km.
Such equipment is suitable for day and night flights and also allow live streaming to enable third parties to remotely view and manage dangerous situations. Professional drones are an excellent solution in case of emergency or even simply for inspection purposes in the maritime field.
Another great potential is to be able to activate the automatic return control of the drone to the pilot's radio control. This option is a great aid for the operations of moving ships as, in such cases, the "return home" command is clearly unenforceable.
From a data processing point of view, it is very useful to develop computer vision solutions aimed at the automatic recognition of human bodies and / or names of ships for a fast availability of essential data to make decisions in any emergency context.
