The integrity of an industrial plant is managed through predictive inspection plans, often subject to mandatory regulations, which define the inspections and controls (non-destructive) to be performed. An industrial plant even barely damaged can pose a threat to the environment and neighboring people.
Inspections of the Oil & Gas sector are carried out with aerial, underwater and for confined spaces drones. Res Integra has performed hundreds of inspections with drones at refineries, chemical and power plants through professional drones equipped with advanced security systems (such as the aerial drone M210 V2 RTK of the DJI and thermal camera XT2 with a 19mm lens or SkyCopter by Skypersonic - a drone for confined spaces or the underwater drone Seasam by NotiloPlus).
Each inspection is planned down to the smallest detail through the development of a flight plan that integrates the information and any eventual safety risk related to the area being inspected that have been communicated by the customer.
